Ivory Select™ Program – Pricing Tiers
Basic Terms & Conditions of Ivory Select™
- All Ivory Select™ subscription tiers include a one-hour per month Business Checkup via an in-person meeting, video conference, or teleconference, to stay ahead of the needs of, and changes in, your business.
- Billable hours purchased through Ivory Select™ on a monthly basis do not roll over month-to-month, while billable hours pre-purchased in 6 Month blocks may be rolled over in this manner. Should project(s) require billable time beyond the Ivory Select™ hours purchased for a given month, the additional hours will be billed at my standard hourly rate above or on a project basis as agreed upon with the client.
Ivory Select™ subscribers may shift tiers only once per calendar year quarter.

Fixed Fee Services
Commercial Contract Review with Comments
Review and analysis of a commercial contract containing 15 pages or less, including a detailed email or redline of the document setting forth comments and suggested revisions. $750.00
Entity Setup
Formation of a corporation or limited liability company with no more than four (4) shareholders/members, including preparation and filing of organizational documents, drafting of internal governing documents, and preparation of initial meeting minutes and stock transfers, if applicable. $950.00 plus filing fees
Copyright Application
Preparation and filing of a copyright application with the U.S. Copyright Office at the Library of Congress. $450.00 plus filing fees
Deed Preparation
Preparation of Deed and Sales Listing Form required by West Virginia County Clerks’ offices. Client must provide a vesting deed containing a legal description, together with real estate tax assessment information. $300.00 plus recording fees
Federal Trademark Application
Preparation and filing of a trademark application with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (“USPTO”), including a basic trademark search and branding advice. This service does not include tasks relating to further prosecution of the application with the USPTO, such as responses to Office Actions. $850.00 plus filing fees
